Toronto/Romero (-128) 128.00 ----> 100.00

Breaking my rule about reducing plays on home guys. Only because it's Romero and KC and Jays seem to be on a little bit of a roll (call it lucky breaks or confidence or whatever).

The current road trip wraps up Thursday afternoon with Ricky Romero taking on righty Luke Hochevar. Romero has given up a total of nine runs in his last five starts - four of them in one swing of the bat by Mark Reynolds in Baltimore last weekend. He?s really taken a step up to become the strong, reliable front of the rotation guy who the Blue Jays were hoping to develop when they gave him that big contract last year.

If Romero, or the bullpen, can pitch the Jays to victory, they?ll be three games over .500 for the first time since the first week of the season. That is something they are playing for today, with their "ace". Of course I'm being perfectly objective. ;)

Back later. GO JAYS! :00hour
