Stags lost to Peter,Siena and Canisius and Iona..lost 6 of last 10...then beat Marist and blow Manhattan out i last 2 games...78-49....Cobb was sidelined but in last 2 games has scored 20 and 22..Nelson is top scorer in MAAC and in last 4 games has scored 20,21,11, and 27...Miln the fd is listed questionable.he avg 8 pts and 4 bds..but Kassi who has replaced Miln has gotten more time and had 13 pts and 6 pts and 6 and 9 bds plus 8 blocked shots...so if Miln returns or not Kassi has done a good job....Stags have the top 3 scoring gds in the MAAC with Johnson avg 11 pts....inside Sidbe is avg 10 bds...so why did they lost 6 of 10..defense sucks....Purple have won 3 of 4...they started to look good and then get blown out by Manhattan ..so this week Fairfield blows out Manhattan and Manhattan blows out Niagara.. Purple can't play defense either..both teams give up 75 and 77 pts a game...Stags are at home...Scott and Dukes are scoring for Purple but don't think they have enough defense to hold down Nelson and co...Stags are the better team and at home..but in the MAAC it doesn't matter who the better team is or who is on the road...think Fairfield should win and cover...

ET avg 80 pts a game...they beat VMI 102-75 earlier in the season...ET had over 50 rebounds in the 1st game...VMI has gd Peterson who is good...but have no rebounders or scorers in the paint...both inside players avg 10 and 6 pts and 4 and 3 bds a game..ET has 2 solid gds in Cromer and Bradford and both are big gds..but inside they have Perea,Burrell and Glass at 6'9,6'6 and 6'8....VMI defense cannot gd the perimeter and rank in the mid 300's in FG%and 3 Pt% on defense...in last 3 of 4 meetings the past few yrs ET has scored 102,88,98..etc think ET wins by 15-20...

Went to Texas-Texas Tech game last nite..sat with Dog lover..had a great time...close game,lead changed about 7 times. Texas pulled it out with a minute or two...of course just before the game I took Texas Tech +1.5...Erwin Center was about half full....had fun though...
