BAD BEAT???
Another term that is over used in the forums.
Is there a new rule in baseball that says no team should score any runs in the top of the 9th inning???
Is the game just suppose to end 3-1
It`s a 9 inning game my friend....
That game is the perfect definition of.....LETTING THE GAME PLAY OUT.
The ole BAD BEAT:scared

I hear what you're saying in letting the game play out, but when I cap games, I don't cap them based on a complete collapse of a teams bullpen in the ninth inning. Good win for you last night though. :0074
Nothing personal...:toast:
I look at it this way....
The BAD BEAT term is used as a cop out for being on the wrong side of a wager....PERIOD!
Save yourself an ulcer....Just let the game play out to the VERY END....And move on win or lose....Stop saying,if this would have happened or that would have happened.
Every game in every sport needs to be played out to the very end.....
It`s all about the FINAL score....No matter how they got there.
My team could have fumbled the ball on the 1 yard line 3 times....What the fuck....It happens, all part of the game.
This is a good EXAMPLE....Do what i do now a days......Back in the day,i would not go to sleep until my games were finished....Not anymore,I bet a west coast game that starts at 10:10...I can`t stay up all the time....I hit the sack and i get up in the morning...Pull up the ESPN web site and look at the score....I have no idea what happened in the game...Then you cant say GOOD BEAT or BAD BEAT....LOL....You know what i mean.
Anyways....To each his own :toast:
