Sharing my thoughts...
Calgary vs Dallas. Calgary 9-3-3 record last 15... Dallas 2-3-1 since Brendan Morrow's injury (wins vs Columbus and Minnesota in SO). Talk in town is that Dallas is trying to hard which is causing breakdowns in their play. On the other hand, Calgary is playing at a high level of intensity while Kiprusoff is true to himself and finishing his season strong. The one thing that concerns me is the "high" that the Flames might be on right now after their convincing win against the Leafs. When you think you're on top and you exude confidence, that's when life has a way to humble things...

So the logical pick would be the Flames. We'll see later if that will be my... final answer!

I did this a few times this year without posting the plays. Race to playoffs are getting serious and teams that are tied after 2 periods play a more conservative style of hockey, making OT a common ending after 3 periods. Also 4 games are out of conference matchups, meaning that the extra point they stand to lose to the other team has no impact on their own conference standings. I also like my chances in the other 3 games: Buf-Phi, Cal-Dal and LA-Pho, which should play an intense game... which may get out of hand or... end up being very close!

I hope for last minute goals to tie tonight and conservative 3rd periods! :0074
