This Thursday I am cooking for my fam and another. Menu is mustard and caper roasted red snapper, olive oil and dill roasted whole fingerling potatoes and roasted broccoli with parm, basil, lemon(recipe posted in a separate thread.
I will post all recipes and try to remember to take pics. It should be wildly tasty and easy to prepare. The idea comes from a cooking show that I dvr'd last week.
