No use pretending.....y'all are cfball nerds just like myself. You're out there.....I know it.....probably with multipleTVs set and some sort of rigged up feed to keep tabs on the UB-UTEP game. Oh wait, thats me.....well, I dont really have a feed on the UB game, but I might have to figure something out.

Anyway, for your discussing pleasure.....an open thread......its about time the season is here. I'm sick of baseball and am finally over my Olympic fever.

I got UB -3 and Standford +3 tonight.

This is a Holiday in my world.

Spang, I figured UTEP would not be as sharp coming out of the gates as UB. Like what I see so far, although Miners are putting together a drive right now. They are not out of with Vittatoe slinging it around.

Blackman, me too. Total holiday. Everyone at my office today was either talking about the DNC and speeches or, get this, breaking down the Lions fake game tonight. Ack! Me, I was reading newspapers from El Paso and Pac 10 blogs trying to find an edge tonight.

Oops.....I just saw that too before my last post.

Total for that was 60, I think. Still a long way too on that despite the early 21.

This should settle into a back and forth affair and hopefully the Bulls can maintain that head start.

Vandy 7 Miami 3. Big turnover there by Miami. Under betters are cursing these short fields that bad TO's are creating.

One possession as a starting QB, and one mistake for an INT.

Poor South Carolina QB Beecher. Spurrier has said he has to make a lot of mistakes before he even thinks about pulling him. Dont you feel ESPN should keep a running tab of those plays in the upper corner or something. Or, they could be like Whammies, but in this case Thrown Visors.

Did not cost them, though. D held tough. NCST O looked awful, 4 plays, and 2 yards. Way to capitilze guys.

Another pick by Beecher in the NCST-USC game. Two before the end of the first quarter. Killed a scoring drive and he locked in on his receiver.....in traffic.

Gotta think its testing Spurrier's patience. Can he make it until half without the hook?

UB up 21-14 at half. The Over bandwagon is way off in the distant and sadly I am not on it.

Miami needs a big drive here as they enter Vandy territory and get another first down. Vandy looks a lot faster and better prepared right now.

I hit UTEP+' and over 28 in the 2nd half. So we'll see how that goes. Thinking that there won't be a whole lot of stops in the 2nd half

Waiting for a half line on Miami/ Vandy. So far Miami looks a bit outclassed. Raudabaugh has chucked a couple of pics and lucky not to have another one. I don't see playing from behind to be the Redhawks forte

that makes 3!!!! Need the Pack to score on this short field!!!!

He just under threw a wide open receiver....but The Bachelor just said he's doing a great job with his feet, so he's got that going for him.

Maybe Spurrier has seen enough of Smelley from last year and will live and die with Beecher until he cant stand it. Starting to get the feeling that the kicker Succup might be the only Gamecock that will score points tonight.
