UB just stopped UTEP on fourth down. Bulls outgaining Miners 404-243. 35-17, approx 10 minutes left. Over might not hit after all in this game.

All I know is that I pissed away a winner by using UTEP in the 2nd half. I really thought they'd continue to move the ball. They suck, but Starks put up some nice numbers, he's the real deal

Yes, it was UTEP, but the Bulls made a statement tonight. They're ready to win. A pair of 100 yard rushers. They won this game tonight like it was business as usual. Compare them to what we're seeing out of Miami, the team many expect to win Buffalo's division in the MAC.

UB went 0-4 LY in OOC play. With this win, they should go 2-2 with the other OOC games being at Pitt, at Missou and home vs Arny. There is no reason to think, the can't repeat last year's 5-3 league mark.

They could very well make it to the MAC title game. Would that surprise any of the MAC followers on this board?

Something to think about: Bulls are 11-5 ATS in MAC games under Turner Gill.

No surprise here, but we may have a QB controversy in South Carolina.

Should be interesting how Spurrier plays this with two SEC games coming up: at a suddenly surging Vandy next week and on 9/13 a big home showdown with UGA.

They always give UGA fits. Winner of that game rarely scores many points.
