TWO PLAYS TONIGHT
CLEMSON (-4) - bought the half
Clemson looked good last week against GT. Lot of people may think Clemson is due for a let down against VT, but I'm not buying it. They know they are going into one of the toughest places to play a Thursday night game and they won't be going in there without being prepared. They have a great defense and rushing attack, but if that VT defense does find a way to slow down the running game they have the ability to find a way to score some points through the air. I don't think VT offense has looked to good this year, especially if they can't get the running game going and I don't think they do against the Clemson defense.
UNDER (42.5)
I look for both teams to come out trying to establish the run, so the clock should run a lot early. Both defenses give up very few points, so a lot a field goals should be scored in places that there would normally be a touchdown. Also think the game should be fairly close. This means neither team will have to get in come back mode where they throw the ball the rest of the game.
