Phila avg 6 runs last 7 games. Carpenter can be streaky, but not convinced he's getting on one. Carp has been terrible at home in day last 3 seasons (team 1-8 with his 6.49 era). He certainly doesn't go deep and STL pen is a bit used up. Millwood is due for a bad one, not his usual self this season yet, and those STL bats could finally wake up at home to avoid sweep here.
