LMAO. I actually like Cloutier, but those big rebounds he gives up has got to give the Nucks fans coronaries. Wonder if he'll be around next yr?? He's proven that he's not the big game goalie that everyone hoped he'd turn out to be. I know trade would love to see Skudra get more time.

Clouts will be back.... and Skudra is gone... he will not be back....

and about spending $$ you are correct.... Unfortunatly even after all this success and profit... Burke said he is only increasing the payroll by 2 million next season.....

So that means no signing of any Big FA.... especially at goalie... we will give Clouts a raise and a few others.... and that already puts us over the 2 million extra.... geez..... CHEAPOS!!!

Don't they know that all they have to do is buy a goalie like Giggy and we have the Cup!!!!!

I think Bulin Wall might end up in Philly or Colorado. Theodore, Burke, Cechmanek should all be available, but like you guys said, gonna need some $$$$ to get those guys to Vanc.:shrug:

GL tm! On another note, your Canucks have a great goalie in their system and Burke made mention of him last week in his press conference. I saw him all year here in Ott and he still has a year of junior left with 67's, Lukas Mensator, give him a few years. This guy stood on his head in the OHL final. One night he stopped 59 of 61 shots and had so many great saves it was unreal, ask mugs he saw him as well. Just my 2 cents.

What HORNS is saying is true. I saw him in G1 of the OHL final vs. Kitchener...The Rangers outplayed the 67's all night except they couldn't beat Mensator. That night he had like 60 saves and they weren't all shots from the blue line. All testors. The kid has got some talent - definitely something to look forward to.
