Posted YTD= 1-4 (-5.25 units)
Tread lightly....a bit cold right now. Have a long day tomorrow, so got these in tonight.
For Thursday:
#1: W. Sox -120 (2 units)
I will take the Chisox and Buerle to hand Francis his 17th loss (and likely last start for him) of the season. Francis also has an 0-1 record against Chicago with 5.51 ERA in three starts against them this season. :box2:
#2: W. Sox -120
NYM over 9 (-105)
Bost over 9.5 (-110)
(Par 1.5 units to win 8.75 units):0074
I think the score of the Wash/Mets game should resemble what these teams did in the first game of this series. Either Milone or Schwinden could get rocked...and quite possibly both of them are in for tough start and early exit. On September 3, Milone lasted only 4 1/3 against the Mets giving up 6 hits and 4 runs in his MLB debut. Schwinden making his second career start after giving up 8 hits and 5 runs in 5 innings against Atlanta.
Fenway, Weiland and a chance to beat the Bosox should be exactly what the Rays need to wake up the bats. Hellickson's been good this year with a stingy 2.96 ERA in 26 games, but Fenway and the Boston lineup has a way of messing with ERAs.
GLTA, whatever you play.
