hellah10, let me start by saying I have great respect for you. It is great to have someone with your knowledge of the MAC post as you do and I keep up with your posts. I would however like to make a few obsevations on USC/ND...One, USC is talented and have possible the best coaching staff in college football (at least one of them). I am not an expert on the Pac Ten, but I believe that you can throw the Cal game out for all intents and purposes. Namely, Cal gets up for USC like no one else except Stanford. USC was uninspired early, flat. Nothing against ND as they will be very good if they give the coach a few years, but they have problems right now (win over Pitt not withstanding) in my opinion. USC will come out and control this game from start to finish. Just my opinion...I have lost before and most certainly will again, but I see USC winning by at least 13...No disrespect intended, just my opinion. GOOD LUCK AND SUCCESS TO YOU...
Great post TDP. Could not agree more. USC had its worst game of year against CAL and it went 3 overtimes @CAL and CAL played very well.
tulah is right in that Lendale White and Mike Williams will be the difference. USC now has finally established their running game with White and nobody can stop Mike Williams (best WR in nation IMO).
USC is more talented, better coached, but throw that out. This is one of the best rivalry in college football. ND has this game circled and will make their season. USC embarrassed them last year badly.
I think ND needs to score TD first and put pressure on young USC QB. Also there is very high prob. USC QB could get injured and knocked out of this game. Our back up is Booty (maybe the highest rated QB out of high school in last 20years). He skipped his senior year high school and entered USC this year and is now #2 QB but has ZERO experience (except last week with meaningless snaps). Should be scary for his first game to be in South Bend.

whats surprising is we all ( at least me ) use your vast knowledge of the mac to our benefit and when we offer a suggestion to try to return the favor, you blew us off. you didn't even give it a second thought. i enjoy reading your posts and will continue too. i'm not bashing you just wanted to let you know i wanted to steer you in the right direction like you have for me so many times! good luck

I had a bad day all together....on and off gambling. From the moment I woke up. But thats the shit you gotta deal with sometimes...and their is always next week. I still think USC is overrated...ND STILL moved the ball on them, but just couldnt convert on 3rd and shorts...or even on 4th and shorts. Sometimes, the breaks dont go your way...and thats fine - I cant change that.
I could go on and on about my bad breaks today, but no need too...as we have ALL been on that road before. Good Luck to ya, and nice win for your Bruins....
