sometimes i read guys cap games- using this team is due or they cannot lose again- well they can and will- when capping baseball- a team playing poorly playing a team playing well -even if that poor playing team has way more talent you take the better playing team- always or you lay off. jmo hope it helps.

Your statement is soooooo true! Betting baseball is betting the streaks of the hot teams at that moment. The teams that have lost 3, 4, or more games have lost them mainly for a reason and are out of sink!!! No team has a contract to win that next game because they already lost 6 in a row.
You either bet against the team losing their ass or bet with the hot team or go back to bed!

You know I agree. In fact some times I like to play the string out as they say. Once they lose. Many times they do the next game. This way you may pick up a extra win for your self. A few each helps the money in your bank. The expos whan they hit the road I will look for every good reason to play against Them.

Wise words, Thunder. Only thing I'd add to that is to be careful because some teams can turn poor play into great play very quickly. If I am not mistaken the Phils were coming off a 5 game winning streak before this poor stretch and the Brewers had lost 4 or 5 in a row before reeling off 9 straight. Good luck.

I want to put in a comment, hoping not to offend anybody, just my opinion. I think the key to winning is not let yesterday effect your playing stratagies in any way. For instance, Never bet a team beacause they are due, and never bet a game because a team is hot. I try to look at each day as a new one, and never get caught up in what happened yesterday. I really think it's the most solid advice for anyone trying to win at sport's. Especially one that is played most every day, like MLB and the NBA. Don't misunderstand me, I am talking about winning and losing streak's here... They really play no role whatsoever in what happen's today.

mike a disagree very much-matter of fact in basketball and bb how a team playing vs another team is playing is one of the primary tools i use for capping games in those capped sports. then match-ups, angles trends,stats- were they are playing, road to home and vice versa, locker room talk-coaching styles all come secondary.
