I hate all these days games, I usually prefer to think about it for some of the day then book mid afternoon, but these early starts do not afford me that luxury.
One I like:
Florida +109....Philly finally broke through and beat the Fish, after getting swept twice by them earlier this year (0-6). The Phils just can't seem contend with Florida's team speed. I really like Pavono in this pitching matchup, who is 5-1 2.60 on the road and 3-1 2.83 during the day this year. Wolf pitched well his last time out vs NY, but is just 3-9 in his last 12 starts vs Florida. This NL East race keeps finding a way to stay tight, and I think the Marlins keep the Phils in check today.
Good luck to all - I might be back for some Ben Sheets action later, even though fading this St Louis team could put you in the poor house.
