The favorites have been dominant in the post season so far, and frankly, I don't see things changing much today...

Game 1--I like Oswalt and the 'stros to put Atlanta down 2-0. Houston is just firing on all cylinders and have won something like 37 of their last 47 ballgames. I don't think -125 is unreasonable at all for a guy that I think it just as good if not better than the Rocket. Chipper is banged up, Furcal has his issues with the law, and let's face it--Hampton is anything but consistent. I picture something like a 6-3 ballgame.

Game 2--Even though Weaver is one of the league leaders in quality starts, I think the Cardinal lineup is just too potent and too deep for LA to overcome on the highway. Busch is a tough place to play...and though Marquis is not a true #2 in my opinion, I think he'll get it done against a Dodger lineup that is much weaker than that of St. Louis. Cardinals make it 2-0 as well..

Good luck today....

GL today Goose,

I agree with everything you said in your above post. Just cant pull the trigger on Houston today for some reason even though I think they'll win convincingly. I think St. Louis is the stronger play of the 2. Had a big day yesterday and hope my luck continues.
