Thunder, if you have time, I would appreciate a little insight into the Cle over. I've capped this game everyway I can think of and keep coming up under. I come up with the line being dead on but with Hamilton in and Davis out, there's no way to predict Wash score. I do know that the offense could be out of sync and not get the 90 that they ave on the road. When Hamilton went out on Dec 21, Wash was on a 13-1 under binge winning 11-3. They ave just under 90 which means they held their opponents under that. I would think Hamilton's d might come back quicker than his o. I am not even taking my trends into account but they call for the under also. I had already made up my mind to pass because of the Hamilton, Davis situation. before I read your post.

The reason I am asking you this is, two other cappers on the net that are great at totals are also on the over. One of them very seldon plays totals but when he does, he is almost 80%. Am I missing something that I should be seeing? Just thought I'd ask.

ONLY 5 TIMES IN THE LAST 19 HAS THE CAVS NOT POSTED 90. WHEN I CAP TOTALS. I LOOK AT WHO WILL DICTATE TEMPO AND THE LAST 6 GAMES PLAYED. HOME TEAMS USSUALLY DICTATE TEMPO UNLESS THERE IS A HUGE DISPARITY IN TALENT. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. HAMILTON WILL NOT HURT WASHINGTON ON O. ON A BAD DAY HIS O IS BETTER THAN MOST. HIS LATERAL MOVEMENT ON D AND CONDITIONING WILL CAUSE MANY OPEN LOOKS. CLEVELAND MUST PLAY AT A HECTIC PACE TO STAY IN GAMES. AND I BELIEVE THAT WILL HAPPEN. I SEE THIS GAME IN THE MID 90S.BY THE WAY THANX FOR BEING POSITIVE WHEN REPLYING TO POSTS. GL

I was look'n at the sides in this one............

I was look'n at the sides in this one............

Interesting that:

-Clev has won only 2 games outa 14 during Jan.

-Clev has won back-to-back games ONLY 3 times this season.

-However, one of those 3 times was against this very same Wiz team...........

On Nov. 24 vs. Miami followed by a win in the next game over Washington on Nov. 27

-No big lineup changes for the Cavs tonight.

-Yes, Rip is in and Davis is out for the Wiz. BUT...getting back-to-back wins outa this Cavs team has been a rare event this season.

-Can the Cavs control MJ better than they did last week when he hit for 40??

-If Rip can hit off the bench and relieve MJ some the Wiz would be the play at pk.

--------------------------------------------------

TWO THINGS KEEP ME OFF THIS ONE BEFORE 2H:

1)Nick is on the Cavs.

&

2)The Cavs have won back-to-back vs this Wiz team.

Pass until 2H on the team & total here......too many peculiar things about this game. IMO ez
