Anyone think that DALLAS might buckle down and try to play some "D" tonight, after their national tv debacle against Minny? Daddy and son Nelson were pretty pissed off, and probably embarrassed to say the least..

Personally, I dont have the Balls to play a Dallas under, but if there was ever a time that they'd have some incentive to play defense, its probably tonight..

Any thoughts?

TEAM D IS SOMETHING THAT CAN NOT BE TURNED ON. ESPECIALLY FROM A COACH THAT DOES NOT STRESS IT. THE MAIN REASON I LIKE THE OVER IS THE ADDITION OF RODGERS. HE IS ATHLETIC AND A SCORER. BOSTON WILL PUT UP AT LEAST 100 AND I THINK DALLAS WILL RUN BOSTON OFF THE COURT.

thunder, I always check your posts, as you definitely seem to know your stuff. I'm trying to understand what Phoenix was thinking making this trade. Seems Boston gained a athletic scoring forward with experience & a nice shooting guard. Boston was initially impressed with Johnson, but soured quickly on him. word has surfaced that he isn't aggressive or dedicated enough? In any case I don't see any value in either guard Boston let go, and I can't imagine that first pick being to valuable.

Good luck

SHAMROCK- PHOENIX PLANS ON RETOOLING COMPLETLY. UNLOADING OLD DOGS AND PAYROLL IS THE PLAN OF ACTION. MARBURY IS THE KEY. THEY NEED TO FIND A COACH WHO CAN MOTIVATE MARBURY. I LOOK FOR THEM TO GET YOUNGER AND FIND A HIGH PROFILE COACH THIS TRADE WAS ALL ABOUT UNLOADING A GUY WHO WAS NEGATIVE AND PLAYS ONLY WHEN HE FEELS UP TO IT. AS I SAID RODGERS WILL GIVE A 3RD OPTION TO BOSTON. THE TRADE WAS GOOD FOR BOTH TEAMS.
