I should have stuck with my two plays, totals are hard to predict this early in the season. I think I got caught up in how these teams looked in the pre-season and I bought into the officials calling more penalities, thus more power plays and more goals.

I am going to lay off of totals for the first week or two. I think it is important to play small until we start getting a feel for the new year.

I am going to try to pick out some winning sides for Thursday. I like to monitor opening lines from Pinnacle when they come out the night before the games and compare them in the morning to get a feel for early line movement.

Good luck today Chenker! I was leaning towards a play on the Sens as well, do you feel pretty strong about that play?

I expect Ottawa to have another great year and they are usually stellar at home. I think the Devils will miss Stevens and Holik.

I think this is a very fair price for the Sens at home versus a mediorce Devils team.
