All right I am finally back after traveling for the last week.

This is some of the stuff I look at when capping games.....

Here are my notes, unfortunately dont have time to do write ups like this all of the time.

Vanc/Ana- Nucks 3-1 vs. Ducks last 4- Nucks 1st home game after 3 game roadie- Nucks +2 on record- Nucks +11 special teams

Phoenix/Col- Yotes first homer after 5 game roadie- Burke out, Teppo ?- Col +1 record- teams split last 4- Phoe +5 special teams

Cal/Dall- 2-1 Flames last 3 vs Stars- Flames 1st home after 3 game roadie 3rd game in 4 nights for flames- Stars +15 special teams- Stars +4 record

Edm/STL- Braithwaite? Edm +11 special teams- Stl +4 record- Stl 2-1 last 3 vs. Oil

Chic/Minn- Hawks 3-1 last 4 vs. wild- Wild +11 Special Wild +3 record

SJ/Nash- Nolan? Nabby? SJ 2-1 last 3 vs. Preds, Preds +5 special teams SJ +2 record

Ott/Bost- Sens back to back- B's 1st homer after 7 roadies- Bost- Sams? Lapointe out- Ott +16 special teams- Ott +1 record- Ott 3-2 last 5 vs. B's

Phil/Mont- Phil 3-2 last 5 vs. Habs, Flyers +28 special teams Phil +2 record

Fla/NYI- Isles 2-1 last 3 vs. Panthers- Fla back to back and 3rd game in 4 nights- Fla +17 special teams

please note I could have made mistakes in typing these numbers, this is my short hand not an exact science- I then assign + and - to all of this information. A team with a + 3 or 4 would be a play.


Thursday's plays are looking like-

Boston off the long roadie but opening at home. Could be a good spot for OTT despite playing last night. Should be a good game. Spezza called up for OTT and playing tonight I think. Surprised the winless Preds aren't bigger dogs. Might be time for win #1 tonight. Good luck, Chenker.
