Washington (-8) over Oregon

Oregon's best rebounder Crosswhite has been suspended indefinitely. At Washington the Ducks lost by 21, also the ducks have lost 5 in a row. Washington takes on Oregon without one of their bigmen but a nice LIFT for the huskies is getting Roy back in the swing of things. Last years leading scorer is getting stronger after knee surgery. The huskies are 0-3 in their last few games @ Oregon. Key to beating the Ducks is shutting down Brooks, the whole offense runs through that player. Still the run and gun style Washington runs will be very tough on the Ducks considering the top 4 players on the Huskies average 55 points, the ducks as a team average 61 A GAME! Don't see how a poor Ducks team w/out their best big man stays with Washington!

sat 2 rows behind UW bench for ucla game (their last home game) and UW played kinda below par and I sensed they realized it--look for better effort tonight, tho after pasting Dux here not so sure 8 or so is great price ...

UW on pace to win pac-10 if they get zona here, so they should be ready to fight tonight

Arizona (-7) over USC

USC lost a close battle to zona the last time these two played. IMO the Trojans will be hard pressed to find someone to stop Frye or Stoudamire CONSIDERING this team gave them a run last time, the wildcats will come in focused tonight. Arizona is averaging 86.6 points in its last five games. Trojans in a 4 game losing skid, a technical foul by interim head coach late in the last game sparked a Washington St run to victory. Saia is not a good coach and Olsen comes into tonights game with a week to prepare. USC is a terrible free throw shooting team, and I don't think Shakur will have as bad of a game tonight as he did in the first contest.

Cincy (-12.5) over Xavier
Xavier has lost three post players to injury, including top rebounder and scorer Brian Thornton. Based on the big man problems for Xavier, feeding to the teeth of the bearcats team. Cincy has terrible guard play but shouldn't be a factor tonight. At home coming off 2 losses Cincy will look to open it up. Xavier isn't a three point shooting team and I don't think the X-men can get the ball inside tonight at all. If they do then I expect Hicks and Maxiell to have a few blocks.
