Liking a few games tonight....

1) UNC-Charlotte @ Louisville

First off...I like UNC-Charlotte +9.5. They are one of the best teams that nobody knows about. I know it's senior night for Louisville, but they can't be expected to beat UNCC by double digits. These two teams will proably score a bunch too. I'm not gonna play the over, but I think it's worth a look.

2) Miami (FL) @ Duke

Huge game for Miami here. They have to win this game to have consideration for the NCAA tournament. Haith will have his team slowing down the pace (at least he should) to keep his team in this game as long as possible. Honestly, 14.5 points is too many for Duke to cover. Big look ahead game with the Tarheels coming up this weekend. Taking the under in the first half only because I don't want Coach K running up the points on an already beaten Miami team, if it comes to that, late.

3) Washington @ California

I've liked the Huskies all year long, but tonight I think the right play is against them. They are coming off a huge win against Arizona and now go to play a team that has lost 5 in a row. This game sets up to be a very big trap game. I think Washington wins the game but only by 5 or 6.

4) Florida St @ UNC

Look ahead applies to this game as well. UNC should be making final preparations to avenging an earlier season loss to Duke. Florida St played the Heels pretty tough for about 28 minutes in Tallahassee before falling on their faces. The Heels are still settling into life without McCants as well. Since his status is still uncertain, they'll be looking to find what combos work best at certain points in the game. This time around, I think the Tarheels come out strong but fade late.
