can't lay the chalk so i'll take the runline instead. Maddux has been on an impressive run(as usual) and i hope see it continue here.

game 4: taking SF(+135) over L.A to avoid the sweep.

My Beloved Braves let me down last night. Got a bundle on them straight and on RL tonight. If they lose tonight it would be a huge upset: the only part of the Phillies game tonight that is better than Atlanta's is the BP.

Let's cash big tonight.

I thought you only play 4-5 games...

Seatle looks solid. Rogers has pitched great lately (NOT), only variable is nebie in Starks, but the rookies continue to win for the most part.

Toronto,

I like Seattle as well...... I am really finding a groove with the baseball this past week and a half and am glad that I decided to come back after my break. Good luck to you tonight with your picks and hopefully we will get our share of winners before the night is over

Toronto,

Just a quick question man... I noticed you said you felt like you were in a groove the past two weeks or so. I have noticed that I have felt really good with just a few certain teams when usually I play the wide variety of team.

The Cubs, Mariners, Yanks, Tigers, Sox.... Teams like that though not always hot I have had the greatest success with. I don't know if you have been like that as well or is it just me?

I have also noticed on certain days my intution has told me not to play one of those teams above and I don't and usually they do lose, its crazy. I think I am nuts

for some reason,i tend to be better in the National league than in the american league.

when it comes to grooves..i like to bet on solid veteran starters, and look to see how the teams' been doin...

lately, i've been staying away from toronto, boston, the yanks (unless it clemons or mussina pitching at home..). Staying away from detroit and K.C and those "middle" teams that are a bit unpredictable...

i'm also partial to the UNDER on cubbies day games...as we all are.

and i tend to shy away from totals.
usually, as well, i tend to not bet on game 1's of series and if i do, it'll tend to be an underdog with the hotter record in their last 3 or so games...

and then there's always cinci at home..bet against them..i don't think they're that bad cause of a fluke...i'm gonna ride against them at home until they prove otherwise.

but then again, all this thinking can go to chit and you'll have your bad days...

i can't remember who's signature it is, but it's all about handling your losses that's the most important thing...get back on that horse. I don't ride anybody's coat-tails, but you get a feel for what the forum likes, and make your own conclusions.

wow, i think this is the longest post i've ever written...!!

Hey Toronto,

Thanks for the Novel.... hee hee. Can you sign my copy?

I know how you feel about the Cubbies and the Yanks I don't like laying all that change for the yanks with non big name starters.

As far as totals are concerned, I don't touch them!!! Ever!!!. Some guys are really good at it but I would rather pick the winners of a game then the scores.

I tend to stay away from those middle teams as well.

These past week or two have been probably one of the greatest strings I have had in 5 years of capping. I guess I am just waiting for the bottom to drop out sooner or later it will but hopefully I can make it to the rest of the weekend and maybe take some time off after the all star break.

I also don't care for Interleague to much....

Now I have written a book. hee hee
