i'm still hanging in here waiting for the big news (permits) that should be announced any time now. it's getting close for a big run up.

1. THE COMPANY DOES NOT NEED ANY FUNDS FOR AT LEAST 6-9 MONTHS so there will not be any further dilution except soem immaterial shares for professional services and that's even a maybe,
2. TIDE IS ON THE VERGE OF PERMIT APPROVALS....a fact confirmed by the US DOE, the head of the CRE in Mexico himslef, TIDE Management, and the official publication of the Mexican Government (all sources available upon reuest),
3. TIDE has engaged HSBC (USA) to provide construction financing for the $1.4 BILLION project....this will come oin the form of convertible debt, a potential piece of the company most likely structured through addtional partnership entities and other forms of creative financings...the beauty of the financing is that some componants of the deal WILL establish a new., updated market value for TIDE just like what happend with LNG....remember that the 1.4 billion cost to build the structure is not the market value of the deal....but only a peice of the valuation...the real valuation of the deal and TIDE's part in it is the estimated present value of the future cash flows the $1.4 Billion investment will generate.
Without being an O&G expert, I would still have to estimate that that a ROI of at lest 5 would be feasible for this deal...that would be a market value of $7 Billion...and assume TIDE is only a modest 40% owner of that final product...that is a $2.8 Billion market cap....with 100 million shares o/s (currently 77 million)...that is a share price of "$28" in very short order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am fairly sure my estimates on all aspects of the aboave scenario are conservative and even if you wan t to take 30% off of what I have laid out, you still get a $20 share PPS in no time flat!!!!! and this number could easily be DOUBLE THE $28 TO $56.....with only minor modifications to the assumptions.....
I know I am tackling this from a differnt angle than the Cohen report, which is a nice peice of work, but incredibley conservative....too conservative in my opinion.
Lets see...a sub $1 per share investment could easily return at leat 20-30 times you money in a year or 2....up side, down side...let me see........NO BRAINER!!!!!!

i sold 35,000 shares at 1.035 today and am going to hold 30,000 shares long term.
i plan on flipping this stock by buying on dips and selling on highs with the share money i took out today.

shit, after today I think it was a good sell jack down to 1.05 at end of trading today and the way the market has been this past month very good sell. Take the money and run. WTG!
