Do not understand why you people do not get Dish or Directv.
Used to be on cable for many years. Got Directv 12 years ago and would NEVER have cable again:toast:

:0074 me too, except directv is getting expensive after adding hd and 2 DVrs, except I must have Comcast cable Internet to get high speed, I tried dsl and it sucked
Sorry was a little buzzed last night and really lost it with these guys and thier digital service. Cant scroll more than 3 channels fast without it going half dark and locking up for about 30 seconds. Then there's the audio breaking up ,where you have to change channels and go back to h ea r a fr ea ki n pr ogr am. this on top of having to be a world class marksman just to aim the remote at thier upgraded boxes. (my third one). Gotta make a change before football.
Because I have been witness to a ball game going black in the 4th QTR with 2 min. to go and the TV goes out. Buddy of mine calls Direct TV and say "what the hell!"

we have the worst weather in syracuse and I almost never have a problem with direct tv the last 10 yrs......sometimes it depends on where you are and who and where they put up your sat dish.....
I have lost service probably 15 times in 12 years.
I am not one of these people that think it is the end of the world if they lose television reception for 10 minutes.
