I am looking to sell the property. It was purchased with the GF, and I think we are done. I won't be traveling as much, and would like to sell. It is a great place, considered 5*.

Who has sold one before? Got any tips? :0corn

Anyone interested?:0008

I get a phone call damn near every week from a TS company wanting to buy my TS and I don't have a TS, never did. I think there must be a market for them. Just a lot cheaper than you paid for it and they'll sell it for more than you paid for it. :142smilie

Unfortunately, timeshares are not worth one (1) lousy dollar. You can go to ebay and type yours in and see many listed for $1.00 that are not selling. Sorry for your lost.
