Good luck man.

Remember that you burn over twice the calories from weights vs elliptical. So to really hit the deadline you set, I'd move weights and muscle strength (actually muscle breakdown) up to 45 minutes.

My issue is interest. I go hard 90 days. Hit my weight and then celebrate with foods and I'm back to 225 again.

GL! I hit my goal last year and tried to get below that but haven't been successful. I am within the BMI standard now and haven't been there n a loooonnnng time.

Agree with Woody on more weights. I hate the elliptical, and I think ur body gets used to certain exercises. Can u mix in some running or spinning? I think that will help u.

U mentioned one day for booze... Do u not have a diet cheat day as well? U didn't really ask for suggestions, but I'll throw out this. If u have a craving for say like a double bacon cheeseburger, pizza, steak, or etc other things off ur diet, I don't think it hurts to indulge sometimes, and it sort of acts like a guil free reward.

i agree...hit the weights a little more...it literally changes your shape...muscle burns calories........your shoulders look a little wider and your waist automatically looks a little smaller....

and it should help a bit at those superdome brawls...:SIB .
