Time to smoke some BBQ.

Got a bunch of chores to do today so I figured it'd be a perfect day to smoke a couple chuck roast.

I haven't done beef for a while so I'm looking forward to it.

I rubbed one yesterday afternoon and the other I've had in a marinade for 24 hours.

My buddy gave me a bag of zucchini. So I'm stuffing those with Jimmy Dean and cheese and will throw those on the smoker for lunch.
