does anyone have any advice about getting out of a timeshare. it didn't cost me much of anything, so i owe nothing, it's just the maintenance fee are starting to get up there. from the homework that I've done, i just can't walk away. any advice would be appreciated. thanks

I get a phone call damn near every week from a TS company wanting to buy my TS and I don't have a TS, never did. I think there must be a market for them. Just a lot cheaper than you paid for it and they'll sell it for more than you paid for it. :142smilie
