Thanks for all the tips and suggestions. I leave on the 9th. Goin to Disney for a week. I'm more nervous than ever after reading some of your comments. Hopefully the bottle, pacifier and toys will do the trick.:scared

Which resort you staying at Titus?
We did a 7-night cruise on Royal Caribbean this fall break but willl probably end up at Disney World next fall again. Maybe a Disney cruise.
If it's your 1st visit, feel free to ask a few questions. Some guys her and myself know that place pretty well,

We are staying at the Polynesian. This is my 15th trip to Disney. It was out family vacation every year. I havn't been in 8 years though.

I should buy a small condo up there but if the prices are anything like they were a year or two ago I couldn't afford it. I've heard they came down a bit. We love it up there, very nice weekend Vacation spot.

Dickiesports is correct, sometimes Benadryl can have the opposite effect on them. If you are wanting to try this, give it to them a couple of times starting the week before. We had a bad flight with one of our kids because of this, our Dr told us after the fact that sometimes the first time a kid takes something it does that.
My wife and I flew to St. Petersburg, Florida with our infant girl in late August. We flew American Airlines. They were extremely accommodating. You can push your child?s stroller all the way to the door of the plane. One of the attendances will take it, and it will be right there by the door of the plane when you get off. We didn?t push the umbrella kind either. We brought the SUV type with the car seat attached too. Again, there was absolutely no trouble from the airlines. As for the flying part, I believe it all depends on the child. We were lucky. Our 8-month old girl didn?t have any trouble taking off or landing at all. I wasn?t cheap (okay...I was), but since it was only a 2.5-hour flight, I carried her on my lap. She slept a little bit during the flight but was fully awake during take-off and landing. We brought her favorite rattle and had her concentrate on the toy during the crucial moments. I heard stories of babies bleeding through the ears upon landing and such. Again, it all depends on the baby. It was a very pleasant experience flying with our first-born. Don?t worry too much. You received some very good advice from the forum.

Hey kneifl. The prices have come down some but still expensive. I definately bought my place at the right time. Best investment I ever made.

Once had a 1 1/2 hour flight turn into 2 1/2 hours because of tarmac delay. Used all the tricks and my last trick was ice. I got a cup of ice from the stewardess and my 18 month old put his hands in it and it soothed him. I also held some ice to his lips and that got us through.
I have 3 kiddos and made 4 plane trips and only one leg was difficult (above). It will go fine.

Every time I return home I am miserable with the loads of screamers on their way to see the big rat.
