Fisher's play not to lose wins some games but also keeps others close when they shouldn't be. Titans' season will depend on whether the breaks go their way or not, ie. interception for touchdown. Cause they'll never blow anyone out.

Strange way of handicapping. If your going on the road AND laying points,and you don't expect Titans to blow anybody out, did you think of this AFTER the game ????
