The Packers are a shell of themselves. I hate the Packers but I hate the Bears too. You can't listen to a Packer fan's opinion. They are in denial and shock. Not to say that can't beat the Bears and cover, they just aren't the same team.
Lets break this down, Why were the Packers so good in the regular season last year? One reason is they had their whole offense back playing against teams with no off season work outs with more limited game plan. Let's flip to this year.
Green Bay's defense SUCKS!! They have two players, Matthews and Woodson, they get no defensive pressure unless they blitz plus their defensive ends get sealed easily on run plays and their corners are weak, very weak.
Offensively they are one dimensional, running game sucks and teams don't give a shit about play action. TE jermichael Finley is grossly over rated and Packer fan is in denial about that. Greg Jennings is limited with a groin, so you have Jordy Nelson, James Jones, and Randall Cobb. Still a nice set of receivers but with Jennings limited Jordy gets the coverage and he can't handle it. He thrives on taking on the opponents weaker coverage schemes. This team is much easier to defend, oh I forgot to mention, their O line is horrible, horrible.
Bears weakness is offensive line in pass protection but they can run it and especially against the Pack. Brandon Marshall
Makes a HUGE difference for 2 reasons. WR Earl Bennett is an underrated receiver, his problem has always been health but he is healthy and presents a big problem for GB, now you get Hester in the slot with those Big wides leaving the middle of the field wide open. It's just a very strong opinion often that the Bears are just plain better, I picked them to win division and go to the Show. The theory of "we won't lose two games in a row at home" is how Vegas makes money. Also notice the Pack didn't get every call last week. They have gotten all the calls past two years and now that maybe slipping too.
