typical yankee fan GG, cannot admit they the yanks were part of the biggest choke in MLB history and your talking about the curse!! It must make you feel better.Don't compare this years sox to ly yanks, these guys have heart. St. Louis doesn't have a josh beckett, who ate the yanks for lunch ly.

I know that you'll take great pleasure should the sox lose the WS, but remember this, 3-0 and then 4-3 sox.

All I was saying was be careful of a letdown after such a tough series. It happened to my team last year and I dont think you guys would be satisfied with just beating the yankees and blowing the world series now would you?????

good luck

First off...I'm a big Yankee fan. I'm not one to run my mouth though...ever. I totally understand why red sox fans are so excited. Yankee fans were just as excited last year. I don't buy the whole let down theory. If you can't "get up" for the world series then you shouldn't win...no excuses. If the Yanks didn't get up last year, then they deserved to lose.

Again I'm not running my mouth just adding to conversation.

If the red sox win the world series then all the "talking" they have done is no problem. Last year after all the Yankee fan talking was thrown back in their face after the world series. As it should have. If the red sox lose, they should expect the same thing. I will not accept the excuse of the let down, just like I didn't accept it for the Yankees last year.

This should be interesting series. Have they talked about where Ortiz will play in the field. Is he going to go to first? Should make things interesting. If he goes to first then late in the game up by 1 or 2 do they bring in Meincavich and lose Ortiz's bat the rest of the game...should be interesting. Boston is definitely has an advantage playing home 4 games.
