That was the Brylcream "Holiday" Classic tournamnet. Dad had to play two east-coast, big conference ruffians just to make it to New York. Considering it was finals week, he'd never been to N.Y. and had already been subjected to bias home court officiating in the previous 2 games, it's no wonder he had nothing left in the tank for the final. Had an excellent conference record that year, should have made the big dance. He coulda whooped anyone on a neutral floor.

By the way, it's gonna be the horns. They've got too many bodies. They know their roles. They'll be ready. It's in their hood.

Texas wins this game by 6-10 points. The horns have better big men overall (yes I know Okafor is an excellent player), a great PG and are more consistent. Texas is destined for the Final Four this season.

I'm on UCONN. . .

I'm on UCONN. . .

Mrs. ports -

What's up with you calling out the fags? Did one of them turn you down? Take that hostility shat out!:nono: I agree that the regular season means little, if anything, but you must give credit where it's due. Purdue isn't bad, and they very well could've won that game. That makes our bets look that much better with Uconn.

MrSports, why are you so damn hostile dude? We're having a civil discussion and you come in here bustin' the CAPS LOCK on us, and you didn't even lay down any valuable info except for how bad our team sucks. Newsflash: this isn't your forum either c0cksucker so I don't want to hear you whine if I decide to speak to you how you're speaking to us.

OK let me try this again in case you missed it:

March 5th, 2003
Lost to Providence (16-13 record NOT a tourney team)

Or was that game too long ago for you to remember?

It is very clear that UConn will beat Texas and make the final 4.
Dick Vitale says so....and he is never ever wrong.

LMAO, yeah he picked UConn on ESPN Radio because all the pressure of playing in San Antonio would be too much and the Horns would "melt." About 20 seconds later, he picked Syracuse because they get to play in Albany and the home court advantage would be too much for OU to overcome.

Still like UCONN

Still like UCONN

This team is damn quick, you'll see. BEN GORDON is the real deal, this guy is a ****in baller. Texas is great, but I'm not buying into all this shit that it is their year. Bottom line is that UCONN IS the more athletic quicker team, you'll see! Just think with Calhoun leading the way, UCONN pulls this one off. Don't have much faith in barnes as the coach, and brown has uconn definitely has the quickness to match up with ford. Brown is also a fearless point guard for the huskies. This bracket is up for grabs, should be interesting to see who comes out.

Ben Gordon is a great player but your same backcourt got blown out by Virginia Tech. We've matched up twice against 2 better guards in Hollis Price and Quanas White for OU and won both games. By the way Pitt and OU are the only really good defensive teams you have faced this year besides your next opponent. ;)

Texas - 2 1/2 is a LOCK!!!!. Texas is going to play in SA, in a pack house full of Longhorn fans and ONLY giving up 2 1/2.
They WILL blow this team out.
Can u smell "What the LOCK is cooking" or the sarcasm :D
