You will consisntently win if you bet against these fools on all these Thursday night games. I know I have the last two years.

They are always favored, they always have a nice collection of talent, and they almost always lay a goose egg (other than the FSU game, but the rainstorm had to do with that one).

This team is poorly coached!! There is a loack of control there on Smith's part. I dunno why they play so much on Thursday, but they have choked on these games at least 70% of the time.

Just some wordsof wisdom. I may lay off this game, although those quotes posted by Bobby Blue Chip are swaying me toward S.Miss.

But you most certainly will not find me betting on Louisville.

I'm on Louisville even w/ the quotes. I just found them interesting as you never hear that stuff on the colleges. Even those problems in Kentucky a few year's back were kept under the rug until the end of the season and the coach wasn't talking to his coordinators.

I checked and you're right : Louisville is 5-8 SU and 4-9 ATS on Thursdays (never knew that). But they're 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS last two years.

I don't think the Thursday night games do any favors for the CUSA or the WAC. Then they throw in the Fridays and the Tuesdays. How can the kids get into any routine. Especially having to get up for Basket Weaving classes the next morning.

Bobby- I saw those same ATS #s somewhere but I know they can't be accurate. I know they didn't cover Thursday night games against a couple teams this year and last. I could be wrong but I don't think so. I'll have to dig deeper.

Ant- I hear ya. They did that to me against FSU -- the one time they actually show up:rolleyes:

Check out these pass defense numbers for Southern Miss:

1 TD allowed, 14 INTs 45% completion rate and a # 3 ranking in pass efficiency defense in the NCAA. Could be a long night for Ragone.
