Well, ended up get hurt on that long game in Minny last night. Couldn't pull it out, costing me over 8 units for a total of -4.38 unit day.

Finally taking the Flubs today. Figure they can pull one game.

Feeling a little overwhelmed today.... Looking for suggestions (or at least a narrowing down on the games). Suggestions being taken now.

Trust me, we all have been there. My biggest suggestion...don't get greedy. And never put all of your bank on a play that is guaranteed.

Also go to covers.com in the resource area. Sometimes trends help. Example, I made 74 dimes last year betting the under in Colorado and the Under in Houston over a 6 week span. This year it appears the trend is when Texas and Cinci are at (over the last 6 weeks) home bet the over. up 22 dimes.

Anyway this is a lot more fun than investing in Enron or World Com

I find that the less games I play, the easier it is to stay focused and think objectively about my bets. This has really improved my success rate in the last month.

I guess just make sure you're not playing tons of games just to be in action, and that you're confident with each and every selection....

Thanks for the input guys; appreciated. Thae reason of the feeling of being overwhelmed is because I did bet about 3 times more games than I should have. Most were little, but I am on a 2 month vacation out in Vegas/ (now California) and get a little bored sometimes. This is not how I normally play. Will look out for my addictive personality in the future. On the up side, I am still up over 50+ units this season. Will get it back. Down around .7 units on the week. Nothing to complain about after a +24 unit week last week. (Did lose 5,000.00 in Vegas though.) Again, appreciate the input. Will look at AZ over and am leaning towards St. Louis and Atl. Be back later. Keep up the input for and against me.... The more info/input the better chances we all have.

book ..i understand the logic behind a minny play tonight...but johnson has good numbers vs. this team...and 10 units on LOHSE i think is a risk...now i looked at some of johnsons outings on turf and they werent that good...but its the head to head stuff that is keeping me away from minny here...of course this isnt to say dont play it...just my humble opinion....BEST OF LUCK TONIGHT...COOZ

Glad I didn't take Minny tonight and played golf instead. Did take 390/300 on over LAD (lose) (Thanks Dave) and also took 200/324 on Boston. Will either make 380.00 tonight or 904 if Boston wins. Happy either way. Go Boston!
