Georgia Tech -8 at North Carolina
I'm going to go on the limb and say last week's win over Clemson was not a fluke. Granted, Clemson was overrated to begin with, but Georgia Tech still deserves some credit for the win. Reggie Ball is coming into his own as 2nd year starter behind center, making him very experienced for a sophomore. North Carolina stinks, especially on defense. They gave up 38 points to William and Mary the first week and then 59 to Virginia last week. I see Georgia Tech covering the 8 rather easily. If the game was in Atlanta, the spread would be more like 15 to 17. I don't see Chapel Hill's homefield advantage causing such a movement in the line.

Vandy +7 at Ole Miss
Vandy got crushed in Week 1 by South Carolina but the Gamecocks demonstrated last week that they are for real with their valiant effort against Georgia. Ole Miss is still without a leader and although their two losses this year were against good teams in Memphis and Bama, I still like the Commodores could pull it out.

Auburn -1 vs. LSU
I have had bad luck with taking Auburn in the past, but I have to go with them again. LSU's quarterback problem is bigger than one might imagine, and I love Cadillac Williams.

Boise State -27 at UTEP
Boise State will score at least 50 I think. I'm saying UTEP does not score 23.

Florida +3 at Tennessee
I don't think Florida is as good as their ranking may indicate, but Tennessee's frosh QB is not ready for such a huge SEC game. Chris Leak is experienced beyond his sophomore year, and the Gators go into Rocky Top and pull it out.

TCU +7 at Texas Tech
TCU can control the clock. Texas Tech has a bad defense. I think this game will be the most entertainng to watch on the board and although I cannot knock Tech's offene, it is hard to lay points with a defense so porous.

Utah -18.5 at Utah State
Wish I got this game earlier when the number was lower.

Memphis -21.5 at Arkansas State
Memphis is a great team this year and I can't wait to see how that conference unfolds with them and Louisville. Arkansas State just gave up 50something to LSU and I expect Memphis to put up similar numbers.
