My 15 year old son clogs the toilet all the time with turds the size of a baby's arm.

Lmao!!!

I do have city sewer. I do think my plumbing sucks though. U can hear the master bathroom toilet flush throughout the whole house. I shakes the walls. Why is it so loud??

That is called water hammer. Too much air in your pipes. Try this....turn on every faucet in the house and then turn off the main valve with the all the facets on. Allow all the water to drain through at each faucet. This will bleed all the air from your pipes and should get rid of water hammer.

What do you do next? Turn the faucets off then third the main valve back on?

It's not in the pipes it's when he flushes the master bedroom toilet.
