Toledo line movement

Tonights E. Michigan at Toledo line has gone from -19.5/20 down to -16.5 but covers has 64% on Toledo? Any thoughts or anyone on E.Michigan? I know E. Mich. sucks but they both have a paper mache defense. Skipper I know your following these type of line moves you got a lean?

SDS - actually all three come up as plays. Only Utard St. was a lean a cpl days ago, but public is hammering these games, with no line movement at all. Akron is the one I do not want to play, but it comes up as a play, so I have to hit it.
