Tonight's Tiggers....

Played way too many different bets on one game...Tuesday night ended up 1-2...

So still around 65%...these weeknight plays have been killing me of late...looking to bounce back tonight...

Auburn -14.5

I think the "old ball coach" is getting a little too much credit with this one. I've said this in some other threads that I tend to think that SC is a streaky team and haven't hit their stride just yet. They have a solid defense buy I just don't think their ready for Auburn. I think SC's inability to move the ball on offense is going to take a toll on their defense. IMO Kenny Irons tends to shine when the spotlight is on as well. Although, I don't think they win tonight but I wouldn't be surprised if this team knocks off a couple of the biggies on their schedule like last year. Like I said before this team is not ready for the likes of Auburn.

I can't disagree with the under because SC defense isn't bad by no means...I just think their offensive struggles will hurt the defense over the course of the game...If the under hits that means bad news for the line...well unless Auburn can keep SC under double digits which could easily happen...since I tend to favor Auburn I would say over the total...if I was backing SC I would say the under the total...now having said that; the game will probably go over the total with an SC cover...:142smilie

Irons leads the SEC in rushing yards per game -- and he could have a strong desire to add to that total against his former school.

I owe you one too AR for the under on Tuesday's total...you make some good points in your thread but I don't put too much into a Spurrier coached team...I would say Irons is the best on the field but that could be because I have man crush on him...I just think Irons ability is just plain nasty...but don't get me wrong Rice is really really good as well...I'm just not sold on SC's QB...and I'm rather high on Auburn this year...OSU vs Auburn in the NC...:SIB ...good luck this weekend AR...keep up the great capping...kind of wish I bought the .5 point myself...

The question for me is if So Carolina can score 12 points.
Leaning towards the dog and the over so with SC scoring at least 12, I gaurantee myself a split.

Still trying to decide of this offense is capable of it.

my mistake I was answering a phone at work while typing...I made a change to the statement...For clarification I just think if Auburn wins the game goes over the total and if SC wins I wouldn't be shocked if the game goes under...but thats just my opinion...like AR said who knows?

Lankford, I think a road game shutout for Auburn could be hard to come by...

hey thom,
I actually go to auburn but I am not on them just because of this. I am usually a "no play" when my tigers are involved just so I dont jinx them!! This will be my first bet auburn since the suagr bowl vs VT when they didnt cover. I have seen all of our games in person including last weeks buffalo game when we looked terrible in the 1st half. The team just wasnt up like I feel they will be tonight. I aslo happen to have a friend who lives right nest to kenny and david irons. I saw kenny in the parking lot at the first of the week and asked him was he feeling better. He said that he was 100% and ready to play his old team. He said that he feels like there is a alot of hype around this game, similar to the lsu game. I couldnt believe it because it seems like an eay game for them to let down on but I have the feeling these guys have something to prove. We have the spot light to ourselves and I think we roll!! Besides my boy kenny should run all over these guys!!
