I live about 20 mins outside of philly.
Snow will be heavier S & E 5-6 inches
~ 4 in the city.
2-3 N & W of city.
No significant winds & its not that cold....about 30 degrees.

same exact thing i just heard on 610 WIP during lunch break. i think they are expecting more than we are going to actually get though.

Still, it would be difficult kicking FG in those kind of conditions. I got the UNDER 41.5 early this morning and it has dropped since then. May be 36-38 by gametime.
