There are many areas of KY I would not want to live either.

Don't care want name the state has as long as its
--warm enough to play golf at least 10 months a year--preferrably 12
--has modest cost of living
--not much larger city than 100,000 (traffic)
--and can sit on my porch at evenings and listen to sounds of nature vs gunshots and sirens

Currently can do all
-and less than 1 minute from mall
--15 minutes from 8 golf courses and driving range----10 minutes from work.
It works for me
