I love it that "Cashmir" is at the top of this list, just about the only good thing about living in Tampa when it comes to baseball is getting to see this kid pitch throughout the year. Everybody loves to talk about Liriano and Hernandez and Hammels, etc but you don't hear or see a lot out there about Scotty but I have to tell you I have witnessed this kids stuff first hand and it is electric.
