Carmona pitching a little better lately but he has wiggled out of big jams all season,think the Royals get to him early.Give Meche an early lead and his confidence should be high that he can get through this lineup without feeling he has to shut them down all together....That loss last night should still hurt today while the Royals will be ready to jump on them again...Think KC wins easy as Clev is in real trouble and they don't know where to turn for pitching.Sizemore moved down in lineup but don't think it will change anything right away.Really all KC has to do is pitch around Martinez and enjoy another win vs lowly Clev.
