Does not surprise me Bud Light is the best domestic, it's my favorite domestic as well....
Some of the beers on that list are total crap and shouldn't even be considered beers.....
#20 is a good example.....
I'd like to see a list of best beers worldwide, that would stir up some shit....

Let's lead the sheep to the slaughter fucking hilarious. When I was young I was one of the sheep but you have to awake at some point. There is so much better out there you just have to seek and enjoy.

there was time when the Bud Brewery couldn't give away Bud Lite..
they had to reintroduce it a second time with millions and millions in Adv dollars because they knew where the market share was going..
Coors Light experienced the same thing...In fact when introduced past the Mississippi when Coors Brewery went Nationwide we could hardly get the retailers or bar owners to take Coors Light into the place of business..
We literally had to say ya only get one with the other..Of course they wanted Coors Banquet so they would agrre to take the Light as well.
Was years before the Coors Light taste caught on with the general public..
The Bud drinkers were the hardest of all for the Bud Brewery to get over to Bud Light..
They didn't want to Bastardize their "Flag Ship Brand" Bud but that was the price to pay to eat into all the Miller Lite market share they could get while slowing down the Coors Light Train that was gathering steam all across the country..
Cold Box's you see today looked nothing like that 25 years ago..You could hardly find a lite/light beer in the deepwell of any supermarket other than Miller Light..
But Bud and Coors Brewery knew if they crammed enough ADV $$$ DOWN THE American beer guzzlers throats they would one day control the market share..
If you'll notice there are 14 what we called piss waters in these top 20 American top popular beers.
The industry labled them piss water beers because the could me brewed and marketed for 12 and 24 packs back then..With the sole purpose of making a product for huge mass consumption that you could drink like water..
A testimony to that can be found in the MadJacks Sportsbar ...Accounts of swilling American made beers in double digit sit downs by the thousands over a 16 year period.
American Brewery are in a little trouble now though..The Craft Beer market has gained more shelf space and Tavern space than they ever imagined or wanted..
Want to see it first hand..Go into your local chain supermarkets and observe the space allotted for each type..brand..and brewery..
As we use to say in the business.
"The Beer Box ain't getting no bigger..Whose space ya going to take"
