total daily hours in bed or sitting

In a given work day how many hours are you either in the bed or sitting somewhere?
HOW MANY HOURS FOR YOU..:SIB

with lunch,dinner and fall/winter TV watching I would estimate I spend real close to 10 hours out of 24 either in the bed or sitting somewhere.


I would venture to guess that some office workers spend in excess of 20 hours of every 24 hour period in one prone position or the other.

WOW...that's a lot of ass not moving time..:scared

I run the gamut on a daily basis. When I am fishing I rarely sit, don't even have a seat on the boat other then the driver and passenger seat. Other times I may sit most of the day. :shrug:
