Well....my gut tells me over IF Francis is a go.
Here's the stats:
-Wash beat Houst 85-82 in Houst back on Dec 6....but...without Francis.
-Both teams hit a scoring drought in the 2nd with 16 points each.
-If ya look at the scoring over their last 10:

-Defensively you'd like the under as both teams are only allowing 92.6 and 96.3...but...over the last 5 they've been a bit leaky.
