Toronto/Tampa Bay Under 4.5 thru First 4.5 Innings
The Total 9 is inflated in my opinion, no doubt the Jays BA combined with the D-Rays pen makes it seem reachable but I don't think it is going to happen, however I will take the prop bet on the 4.5 inning line just in case. The Jays have never seen Seo, who in my option is a very good pitcher playing on a very bad team, and Tampa Bay hasn't really been hitting the ball well and that shouldn't change against Roy. In tribute to Lucena this will be a Grand Slam x 2 play for me. GL if you choose to play it.
