Okay, here's my analysis. I believe total is around 54.

TCU is 7-2 Over the last 9 home games. Virginia is 10-4 last 14 non-conference games. TCU seems to be a different team at home than on the road. The turnovers in the redzone were anomalies. Casey doesn't fumble at the goalline and TCU makes the FG, they go over last week. TCU plays lights out and will score lots of points at home usually. Can Virginia score enough points so TCU doesn't have to score 50 by themselves to go over the total?

BUT, this is another early game. Coach Patterson said there was something off with the team last week during warm-ups. He was pissed after today's practice as well. Team is going through exams this week and younger guys aren't focused enough. Upset that Waymon James' injury was leaked on our message board by a family member. Said now Virginia knows they only have to prepare for one RB and Tucker is the only one he trusts with the ball right now.

Could all be mind games, but who knows. My only real concern is that TCU becomes one dimensional and can't establish the run. Good thing Virginia is bad at stopping the run and TCU is good at throwing the ball.

Like I said though, it's just a lean at this time. I may just take my chances with the TCU -18. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. :toast:

The side or the total? I can see that due to Waymon James being lost for the year.

Good luck this year, checking in with you on the Hawkeyes. My buddies have season tickets and says offense is a mess with injuries at rb again this year. I can't remember so many acl injuries to hit one team at one position ever. Thats 4 years in a row we have lost a rb to a acl injury. Is it the damn grass or what? or maybe it's them smoking grass? lol

anyways i really like the virginia play totals under and that would make sense if they like virginia. My data says the top rb for TCU is also out. Both like to run and they did'''''nt inpress against a weeker kansas. just fyi, good luck as always bud.

Arrow-something is wrong at Iowa--i think they need a new running backs coach--the present one does not relate to the kids--we will miss Bullock this week-I think he can be a star. I think Frentz is a good coach but seems to have turned too much oer to asst??
I first liked TCU as a big over but now don't know--gl

Some intereting line changes on games I listed:
Ia down to 48'-Mich down to 49'-WVa down to 59-FIU down to 53' and Oreg St down to 51'-all dropping? One of the biggest drops has been the Minn game-shoudl have bet it when it was 59':0corn

well we all know Ras dropped the minn game 4 points. Im thinking ucla is a better play then the total based on what we now know about wisc. and that ucla has played 3 games and this is only oregon states 2nd game. I bought it down to 6.5 -130 and really like it. I trust ucla a little more than years past. ARROW
