If you were to guess and I have followed you for a long while, would you say you ever had two bad weeks? I am leaning on the fact that you will $$$$ tear it up this week....$$$$$$

HarlyT--I have mentioned before that gambling is about having a good record over a long period of time. You will have good weeks and not so good weeks-its the long run. Yea I have had bad back to back weeks before. The last 2 weeks I have gone 12-18 before that for the first 7 weeks 69-31. No matter how I do I alwasy post my reocrd unlike soem others wo post thier records only if htey are winning or have won and oops forgot to post when it was not good. Tells me alot about that person posting. I will proably draw back a little and not psot as many games this week just to study my picks in more detail. Gambling is gambling-there are hot streaks and cold streaks and you can just hope you are consistent winner over the season. For the last 4 years positng on MJ in college totlals (&college BB) I have managed to hit about 59-65% of my picks. Right now I am at 62% and that wins me money. I will try and post some on Thursday. GL on your picks this week.

Went from 75 degrees on Wed to 35 with wind, snow and rain today here and the forecast is for the same tomorrow...burr...will be breaking out the hunting gear and filling my flask with Irish whisky to stay warm...
You know its only a 10 hour drive from Denver to IC if you drive fast. Game is at 2:30, you could leave at 3 AM, park in Coralville, jump on the train which will drop you right at the stadium and I'll meet you in front of the Kinnick statue with your ticket...
Reason I like the under is because of the wind,cold, rain/snow forecast and that Iowa will need to get its running game going to stay in the game and that the Penn State QB is coming off a concussion...if Kroul and King can get to him and give him a few good licks, maybe he doesn't finish the game??
I knew about the weather (talked to my mom who lives north of Ames). More gut than brains on this one. I have it at 46. 42' is not very many pts-if PS gets ahead by 14 see Ia passing some more. Weather does not bother me. Do the Hawks have a chance in this one? If youk can drive it in 10 hours i hae afeeling youj are speeding alittle. Would love to be there. I think the Hawks have a chance if they can establish the run and keep the PSU offense off the field, thus my thinking on the under.
Don't need a 2nd flask--there are 4 of us that sit together and most of the guys that sit around us like their booze--should be plenty of rum, whiskey and bourbon getting passed around tomorrow...:toast:
