I drive a ton, so I have been in a 2005 Escape for the past 3 years for gas mileage purposes. It has treated me well and I have no complaints, with the lone drawback being the interior is cheaply finished with plastic throughout.

Thinking about buying a slightly used 2008 Toyota Sequoia. The reviews are good. Car looks good, and drives well. I will have my wife drive it the majority of the time so I can use her Accord for gas mileage purposes.

Does anyone on here have one?

One of my best friends has one. It's great, like almost every Toyota vehicle. When you buy a Toyota you buy reliability. Go for it.

I looked at one... then realized when I told a few friends of mine I was thinking about one, well they let me know it is a "chick SUV"....

I thought they were full of S**T - but then EVERYONE I'd see after that had a woman driving it...

Now that may not be a problem for you - as you say it is for the wife.....

Personally - I went with the Escalade - by far the best and most favorite vehicle I've ever owned - and I've had some good ones (Corvette, etc)...

Nothing beats an Escalade for Ride - AND it has a 405 HP engine...
